Payment

- All major credit and debit cards are accepted via PayPal.

- All payments are in SGD. The price you pay in your currency will be automatically converted.

 

Returns & Exchanges

- We only allow for one exchange for every purchase and do not do refunds. 

1. Only when item sent is wrong OR

2. When item received is damaged.

- Exchanges are acceptable within 14 days from the date of receipt of item as long as the item is still in sellable condition (not worn).

- We do not do exchanges for items that are worn (even once).

- We do not do exchanges for ear studs due to hygiene purposes.

- To exchange an item, email info@stelliyah.com with your name and your order number, and we will reply with the relavant instructions within 7 working days.

- All shipping costs for return of items are to be borne by the customer.

- Shipping out of the exchanged item will be borne by Stelliyah Jewelry.

- If the exchanged item is of a lesser value, Stelliyah Jewelry will not refund the balance.

- If the exchanged item is of a higher value, payment has to be made by the customer before the exchanged product will be shipped.

- We reserve the right to amend the above clauses without prior notice.

 

Domestic Postage (Singapore)

- All Singapore orders above S$70.00 enjoy free registered mail postage.

- Postage cost for orders below S$70.00 are S$1.00 for standard mail (without tracking), and $3.50 for registered mail (with tracking).

- All purchases will be shipped by Singpost.

- Registered mail comes with a tracking number and will require a receiving signature. Tracking number will be emailed to you once item is shipped.

- Item pickup can be arranged, please leave a note at checkout and we will follow up with you on more details.

 

International Shipping

- All International orders enjoy a flat-rate SGD$5.00 for ordinary registered airmail international shipping. 

- Registered mail comes with a tracking number and will require a receiving signature. Tracking number will be emailed to you once item is shipped.

- FREE international shipping for orders above SGD$150.00.

 

Delivery and Packing

- For standard domestic shipping, our weekly mail runs are on Wednesdays. Once your item has been posted out, you will receive a confirmation email containing the postage tracking number.

- For standard shipping, our weekly mail runs are on Thursday. Once your item has been posted out, you will receive a confirmation email containing the postage tracking number.
